On behalf of Dr Richards and Partners, namely Dr Tamara Stephens and Dr Natalie Hobbs, I wanted to take a moment to say how much we appreciated the efficient handling of the traumatic events that took place at the Trauma Unit of Life flora Clinic on Friday 14 June 2013. The compassion, professionalism and expertise in dealing with the situation was of immense value to us. The stress of going through a situation as we did is almost unbearable, but to know that we had the expertise of some of the most experienced people gave us the outcome of a smooth process.
A few thanks from our side:
To the Trauma unit of Life flora Clinic – Sue, we applaud you and your nursing team for outstanding work under such a traumatic situation.
To my own team, I am so privileged to have each and every one of you. You all selflessly assisted in ways of such value.
To the Management and Staff from Life Flora Clinic – Team work as I have never witnessed.
The Kitchen staff – took the time to bring refreshments for everyone, I know this was appreciated by all.
To the Specialists at Flora Clinic who joined forces and assisted in treatment of patients on scene and in the Unit. A huge contribution to Patient care.
Dr Darling and Wilgehuewel Hospital, Milpark hospital, Marelize from International SOS and Sunninghill Hospital, Dr Izak Maree from Er Consulting who phoned and offered assistance. Its times like this when I see a united force come together.
Lastly but most importantly to the Emergency services Riga Rescue,ER24, Netcare 911, Emergemed, Vitalmed, Fire department, Search and rescue who came from all areas, and anyone I may have forgotten. I don’t think words could possibly be adequate to express our gratitude to you all.
